Many platforms can help consumers find a business. Locally Earned is being built to help consumers better understand which businesses are worthy of their trust—and to give reputable local businesses a fair way to demonstrate the trust they have earned.
Search results and star ratings alone do not show the full picture. Locally Earned is designed to bring reputation, transparency, customer service, accountability, and track record together. As the product develops, business profiles may include useful context such as relevant credentials where applicable, recent customer feedback, responsiveness, and how concerns are addressed.
Our goal isn’t to sell trust. It’s to make earned trust easier to recognize.
Local businesses are essential to strong communities. Locally Earned is being developed to help reputable businesses stand out for the right reasons.
The product is being developed to support:
Greater local visibility
Qualified customer connections
Reputation-building through customer feedback and business responses
Follow-up and resolution information when an experience falls short
Optional discounts, rebates, or special promotions
Offers and paid promotion do not affect TRUST standing. Founding TRUST Partner is a pilot designation; it does not mean a business is TRUST Verified. TRUST recognition must be earned, and community involvement does not replace service quality or accountability.
Our goal is to help good businesses grow by making their credibility easier to recognize and their reputation easier to strengthen.
Through my professional and community experiences, I have seen how difficult it can be for people to find local businesses they feel confident hiring—and how difficult it can be for good businesses to distinguish themselves and build lasting customer relationships.
Locally Earned is being built to address both sides. This is bigger than generating leads or collecting reviews. The goal is to make credibility easier to recognize and to make a business’s response when something goes wrong part of the picture.
